DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately no we do not accept returns. This is because once opened by the consumer, we cannot resell any of the products for health & safety reasons. However if there is an issue with your product, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve any problem.

WHY IS MY BODY BUTTER HARD/MELTING?

All our products do not contain preservatives or additives and as such they are vulnerable to the elements (heat/cold). Body Butters will soften in warmer weather and harden in cold climate. Keep your body butter in a cool dark place (e.g. bathroom cabinet or drawer) in winter and in summer you can even keep it in the fridge. When hard, the body butter will melt almost instantly when you you put it in the palm of your hands.
